Dear School Families,

The last several weeks have been an incredible reminder of the strength in this community. We are so thankful for the kindness, compassion and generosity displayed by so many of you.
Thank you to all who joined the auction committee, made class projects/quilts, donated, attended and volunteered their time for Under the Stars Auction & Gala. We do this annually to keep our tuition rates down and afford our children state of the art technology and education.

They say it takes a village... You are the village. Thank you and God bless you.

PARENT EDUCATION EVENING:  CTK’s Parent Association is hosting a parent education evening Tuesday evening February 20th at 6:30 p.m. in the Media Center.  The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office, in conjunction with the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, has formed a new outreach program directed at parents, teachers and students on the topics of cyber-bullying, campus sexual assault awareness and online safety for kids.  The presentations will be aimed at educating parents on new trends involving social media, as well as providing information and tools for students to help prevent assaults and online exploitation.  Please plan on joining us for this timely and important presentation!

ATTENTION 6th, 7th AND 8th GRADE PARENTS: The girls’ volleyball season is about to begin and we’d like to invite all who are interested to participate in this Spring’s season. Please contact Mary Williamson at 415-971-6392 for more information.

AUCTION NEWS: WOW! What a spectacular night “Under the Stars” with our 300 guests at the 2018 CTK Auction. All the planning and organizing was worth it as we enjoyed watching each of you have a blast and donate money to Christ the King. It was all for the kids but we sure did have fun! We'll have final numbers for you soon, but for now it's all about giving thanks. We had the BEST DREAM TEAM ever! We could not have done it without the talents, creativity, organization, energy, and time each member of our Auction team put in. We would like to thank each of our chairs along with all the parents that helped with Class Projects, Quilt Projects, and hosts of CTK Experiences. Thank you to all our guests who came, spent, laughed, danced, and enjoyed being together as a community! Thank you to those who weren’t able to come but still supported the Auction through donations, CTK experiences, and more! Each one of you who has supported auction has helped to offset tuition for every child and helped support the amazingness that is CTK School, Parish and community. We are already thinking about 2019, so a survey will be sent out in the next few weeks for your feedback so we can get planning! But before that, we sincerely THANK YOU!
Please join us in thanking the 2018 Auction Dream Team….
